Frequently asked questions:

  1. What file types do you require for DTG production?

    • We require transparent vector graphics. Ideally a PNG file that is 300+ DPI will yield the most crisp prints. We can also accept .AI files and do the conversion in-house. For other file types, there may be a setup fee if we need to spend considerable time to make the file usable.

  2. What is your minimum order quantity?

    • We can print a SINGLE shirt if that is what you need. Of course, as quantity increases, so do the cost savings

    • Order quantities of 25+ will receive a digital mock up for approval

    • Order quantities of 50+ will receive a test print image for approval

  3. How much does it cost per shirt?

    • There are many variable in each and every job, so it is difficult to publish blanket pricing. Things like image size, shirt color, shirt brand, etc. factor into pricing. Please contact us for a quote specifically for your job!

  4. How quickly can I get my order?

    • Most orders are completed in 7-10 days. If you require a special shirt that we don’t have in stock, need us to assist with design work or have a larger order, the lead time may be longer. We do offer rush service as well if required, for an additional fee.

  5. Can I re-order the same design at a later date?

    • Absolutely, we keep customer files indefinitely.  When you call to get your design reprinted, be sure to give us your full name and a brief description of your original graphic.  This will allow us to find it and print it for you immediately.

  6. Can I provide my own garments for printing?

    • You are welcome to provide your own garments, but we request that you provide 100% cotton blanks (ringspun preferred). Blends cannot be guaranteed for print quality and wash fastness; so we discourage those for DTG prints. We can; however, use blends and even 100% polyester for our heat transfers.

  7. What types of payment do you accept?

    • We process payments through Square. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

  8. What are the benefits of DTG?

    • DTG inks are water based and eco-friendly. The ink soaks into the fabric creating a soft, natural feel or “hand”

    • No color limits

    • Quick turnarounds

    • No minimums
