The Impact DTG Process

  1. Ordering:

    • Contact Us and include as much detail about your job

    • Submit your artwork to info@impactdtg.com

    • One of our representatives will discuss apparel selections, pricing and details with you

    • You will receive an emailed invoice for the job

    • For 25pcs. and up, a digital mock up will be emailed to you for approval

  2. Printing:

    • Artwork is separated and arranged in our RIP software and loaded into our Epson F2100 printer

    • Your first shirt will be printed and checked for errors

    • For 50pcs. and up, a sample print image will be emailed to you for approval

    • All of your items are printed

  3. Shipping:

    • Your items can be packed individually or in bulk in preparation for final delivery to you or your customers (drop ship)

    • Your order can be picked up at our Ontario, CA warehouse, if desired

    • Impact DTG can also manage customer returns and exchanges for drop ship customers
